Operator and contact
Project Relay is operated by Lindsey Web Solutions, LLC in Columbus, Ohio. Questions, support requests, legal notices, appeals, and refund requests may be sent to [email protected] or made by telephone at (614) 210-3744. We aim to acknowledge support and appeal requests within three business days; this target is not a service-level guarantee.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, using Relay, or purchasing a credit, you agree to these terms, the privacy notice, and the acceptable-use rules. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind the person or organization whose product you submit. Founding access may require email verification and operator approval. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase through Relay.
The service
Project Relay connects independent product owners for disclosed, contextual recommendations. Members submit and verify a product, approve a public-page evidence profile, register a placement slot, choose eligible non-competing products, and approve the exact creative they are willing to host. Relay may coordinate contributions in a multi-party ring rather than a direct swap. Members can optionally publish a coarse team or hosting region on the Live Relay Network while an eligible connection is active; publishing a founder display name is a separate opt-in setting.
Campaign credits
A $9 campaign credit funds one eligible 30-day incoming placement after matching, verification, and all required approvals. Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed. A credit is consumed when its incoming placement begins. An available credit does not guarantee a match or start date. Project Relay may also issue promotional credits, which are not refundable for cash.
Refund and cancellation policy
You may request a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase while the paid credit remains unused. If an eligible incoming placement has not begun within 90 days after your product and placement slot are approved and remain continuously eligible, you may request a full refund of the unused paid credit. If a placement fails to complete because of Project Relay or another participant, Relay will restore the credit or provide a refund; this does not apply when the failure results from your removal of the placement, policy breach, inaccurate submission, or disabled product. Once an eligible incoming placement begins, the credit is otherwise non-refundable except where required by law. Approved refunds are submitted promptly; the payment provider or bank may take additional business days to post them.
Taxes and receipts
The checkout page identifies the seller, one-time price, and any tax Project Relay is required to collect before you authorize payment. Stripe processes the payment and provides the receipt. You remain responsible for taxes or reporting obligations that law assigns directly to you.
No outcome guarantee
A campaign does not guarantee impressions, clicks, registrations, sales, revenue, search ranking, or any other outcome. Relay is not a backlink marketplace and does not sell votes, reviews, follows, or synthetic activity. Partner links are labeled and rendered with sponsored and nofollow attributes by default.
Member commitments
- You own or are authorized to manage every submitted domain and product.
- Submitted facts, destinations, and audience descriptions are accurate and current.
- You review the source profile and approve only creative you believe is truthful and relevant.
- You keep an agreed placement visible for its stated term and do not hide or manipulate measurement.
- You place the supplied material-connection disclosure with the recommendation and do not remove or obscure it.
- You comply with disclosure, advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, and platform rules that apply to your site.
- You follow the acceptable-use rules.
Moderation, appeals, and relay continuity
Operators may reject products or creative, pause placements, restore or withhold credits, or suspend accounts to protect participants and readers. Removing or hiding an outgoing contribution can pause the member’s incoming placement until the contribution is restored. Repeated or serious abuse may end access. Send an appeal with the account email, product URL, and relevant evidence to the support address above; a human operator will review it.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your product, brand, and submitted material and authorize Relay to retrieve approved public pages and display approved creative only as needed to operate the service. Hosts receive a limited permission to display the approved recommendation for the placement term. Relay branding, software, and editorial material remain with their respective owners.
Availability and warranties
Relay is an early-stage service and may change, pause, or end. It is provided without a service-level commitment and, to the extent permitted by law, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability limit
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from Relay or a third-party product. Lindsey Web Solutions, LLC's aggregate liability arising from Project Relay will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Project Relay during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact the support address above and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Unless applicable law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Franklin County, Ohio. Nothing in these terms restricts a regulator's authority or a consumer right that cannot be waived.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date and giving account holders reasonable notice of material changes. A price or refund-policy change will not alter a credit already purchased. You may stop using Relay and delete your account; active placement and legal-record retention obligations described in the privacy notice may continue as stated. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risk, unlawful use, or material harm to the network.
These terms are the entire agreement for Project Relay and replace the founding-pilot terms previously published for this product.
